Acrylic Painting: More Experimentation

“Bricks, Sticks and Glue.” These paintings explore the various inanimate materials and objects that make up our homes. They are done with acrylic on plywood. The large pieces are 2ft by 2ft and the others are 2ft by 1ft and 1ft by 1ft. They include silkscreen printing techniques as well as collage with japanese rice paper. I love the end result – they are so bright and colourful. They are currently in a Brookfield Homes show home at Aburn Bay.
